Mission Statement
The mission of the Rutherford County 911 Communications Department is to provide excellent and professional service to the citizens, visitors, and public safety responders of Rutherford County. Public service is the main foundation of our profession, and we will continuously strive to provide the highest level of service possible. This service will be provided in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner by our staff. We recognize that cooperation and teamwork between the public agencies, the Communications Center staff, the residents, and visitors to Rutherford County will ultimately determine the success of our mission.
