ePass

ePass is a way for individuals and families to apply for benefits and services in North Carolina. ePASS shows you the benefits for which you may be eligible. It can also help you decide if you want to apply for assistance and it may also make it easier to apply for benefits.

ePass can be used to apply for Food and Nutrition Services, Medical Assistance or Energy Assistance. You can also apply for benefits to cover the cost of COVID-19 testing.

The ePass application is available in English and Spanish.
